Hatha Yoga

Yoga is for everyone! It is a non-competitive form of exercise that incorporates breathing exercises, relaxation, and meditation. Yoga has many benefits including releasing stress and tension, strengthening and toning muscles, promoting good posture, increasing flexibility and calming the mind and body leaving you with a sense of renewal and well-being. Yoga helps you achieve longevity and optimum health.
